Everything you will ever read about living a rich, inspired life has already been taught for thousands of years by philosophers and teachers from all corners of the world. It's not really about learning NEW information...it's about consistently applying this information and wisdom to your life. What I do is support people in this process as I travel my own journey. 

As your Coach, we'll meet in person and/or by phone on a specified number of pre-arranged and mutually convenient times each month for an ongoing series of highly focused, action-oriented coaching sessions.  If you are not located in Raleigh, N.C., we will meet by phone exclusively. In addition, you may also communicate with me by email and I will respond promptly and in detail.

I offer several Life Coaching Programs for individuals which include 60 minute confidential coaching sessions spread over the calendar month. Once fixed, there are no additional charges. 

  ■   TWO Coaching Sessions = $195/mo; includes limited email coaching
  ■   THREE Coaching Sessions = $285/mo; includes unlimited email coaching
  ■   FOUR Coaching Sessions = $370/mo; includes unlimited email coaching

The fee, payable monthly in advance, will reflect your particular needs and circumstances. I typically work with clients for a minimum of 3 months.
